GENERAL TERMS
-I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing or interacting with for ANY reason.
PAYMENT
-Currency accepted in USD and must be paid through PayPal unless stated otherwise.
-All commissions must be paid in full after receiving the sketch.
-Do not send payment until I have agreed to give you a slot and we have decided on a basic description of the commission.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
-I'll notify you when I have started on your commission.
-I will send a sketch, base colors, and a final product.
-You may NOT use progress images in any way.
-Turnaround time is usually 1-4 months. I am very slow at commissions. I will let you know if there are any changes or delays.
REVISIONS
-Asking for me to clean up something I may have missed is okay and doesn't count as an extra revision, please ask me if you notice something like that!
-Small revisions like adding a small accessory are okay, but all other composition and color revisions are to be revised during the sketch and base color progress images, respectively.
-If you want something changed on the final drawing, or if you want a change in something you were previously satisfied with, I will charge an extra fee to change it (unless it was a misunderstanding on my part.)
COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
-I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing. The buyer does NOT obtain the rights, during the process or upon completion. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself, display it, and post it wherever.
-The buyer is allowed to, with explicit credit:
-use the commissioned piece for non-commercial personal use
-print the artwork and claim the character (if an OC) as their own, but not the artwork itself
-use the artwork to promote themselves
-use artwork on YouTube/Twitch/etc. channels.
-The following is considered copyright infringement:
reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially/making money off it in any way
-claiming the artwork as your own
-altering the artwork without my consent
-I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
CRYPTO/NFT POLICY
-You may not use my art for anything related to crypto or NFTs. If you are someone who engages with NFTs, you MAY NOT commission me or use my art. If I find out you have violated this rule, I will cease working on your commission and/or make everyone aware of your violation. All usage of my art in violation of this is considered illicit.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission (which I will notify you of.)
-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or am suddenly unable to complete it, you will receive a full refund.
-If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
-If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give PayPal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. You will also be blacklisted for commissioning me again.If you break these rules ill be sad
